It's hard to imagine an Easter feast without a hearty Easter lamb to delight the whole table. Our Chef Mathieu Couture's braised leg of lamb is accompanied by gratin dauphinois, buttercup squash stuffed with herbed root vegetables.

On Sunday March 31st, our Sugar Town brunch buffet adds two new stations for this special occasion: an omelet station and a taffy on snow station.
