Chocolate Workshop - Saturday, February 28
Dive into the world of cocoa: temper, mold, and personalize your own chocolate creations.
Pizza Workshop - Saturday, March 7
Step into the shoes of a true pizzaiolo and create your own pizza using fresh, local ingredients. Once out of the oven, enjoy your creation on the spot – solo or shared!
Maple Pastry Workshop - Saturday, March 21
Discover the refined art of puff pastries during a demonstration followed by a hands-on session. Guided by our pastry brigade, you’ll learn the secrets of choux pastry, assembly techniques, and decoration. Take home our exclusive recipe to recreate these delicacies at home.
Easter Workshop - Saturday, April 4
Unleash your creativity by decorating your own festive eggs to take home and share.
Price: $65 per person (plus applicable fees)
The ticket includes:
- Gourmet all-you-can-eat brunch
- Participation in the workshop
- Gratuity (taxes and service fees extra)
